We work with teams as a whole, to make sure everyone is included and all the voices are heard. When working with a team (whether in an organisation or our courses offered to individuals) we create a safe space taking everyone's preferences into account.

Who is Behind Cultural Origami?
I am Csenge, an intercultural trainer, facilitator and the founder of Cultural Origami - nice to greet you!
With over a decade of international experience and a genuine passion for helping people understand each other better, I'm here to empower both organisations and curious individuals.
Ever wondered why we have conflicts with people who had the same upbringing as us but get along very well with someone from another continent?
I've been there too! With my background in intercultural training, I can help you navigate this puzzle. Together, we'll uncover your "whys" and find what works best for you.
In my career, I've worn many hats, from team assistant to leader, and have managed large projects across borders. Exploring intercultural training has shown me that just like different countries have unique cultures, so do organizations.
To thrive in any environment, we need the same essential skills.

I hold an MA degree in International Relations and have extensive and varied work experience within the corporate and non-profit sectors. Learning is my passion, so I ensure to keep my skills sharp and up to date.
As a certified Global DISC™ and Growth Zone practitioner, I can measure and visualise the cognitive diversity of teams, psychological safety and motivational drive, so we can work on what's important and relevant for your team.
These cutting-edge tools can also measure the impact and progress of the team in the long term. ICQ Global has also an extensive network of over 200 partners in 45+ countries, so no project is too big.
I delivered 400+ hours of training sessions and seminars, including Erasmus+ funded training projects.
