This is why Cultural Origami was born. Simple as that.
Through joyful learning experiences, we help teams and individuals get on the same page and overcome (cultural) differences to create psychologically safe environments and better human interactions.
We combine theory with practical, experiential learning and creative exercises to make sure learning sticks and is applicable.
Our vision is to be the top choice for cultural fluency and team dynamics training in Europe and beyond, with services available in four languages (English, Spanish, Hungarian, and French).
We're open to forming partnerships with other trainers and organisations to reach a wider audience, extending our support beyond corporates to non-profits and individuals, making global leadership skills accessible and promoting positive social impact.
The practices and examples we bring to our workshops and sessions stem from personal experiences and challenges we already overcome. We combine this with tools that uncover your unique situation, so we can target the relevant topics.
This way we make sure to provide maximum value. You can also expect open and transparent communication while working with us.
We work with teams as a whole, to make sure everyone is included and all the voices are heard. When working with a team (whether in an organisation or our courses offered to individuals) we create a safe space taking everyone's preferences into account.
We also spend time mapping out the current state and the needs to ensure we offer you a solution with the most impact.
We use humour (moderately) in all aspects of our business because we believe that learning can (and should) be a joyful experience. The more you enjoy it, the better it sticks!
This is why - especially for in-person or live (virtual) experiences- you can expect experiential and creative methods when working with us.

With over a decade of international experience and a genuine passion for helping people understand each other better, I'm here to empower both organisations and curious individuals.
Ever wondered why we have conflicts with people who had the same upbringing as us but get along very well with someone from another continent?
I've been there too! With my background in intercultural training, I can help you navigate this puzzle. Together, we'll uncover your "whys" and find what works best for you.
In my career, I've worn many hats, from team assistant to leader, and have managed large projects across borders. Exploring intercultural training has shown me that just like different countries have unique cultures, so do organizations.
To thrive in any environment, we need the same essential skills.
I hold an MA degree in International Relations and have extensive and varied work experience within the corporate and non-profit sectors. Learning is my passion, so I ensure to keep my skills sharp and up to date.
As a certified Global DISC™ and Growth Zone practitioner, I can measure and visualise the cognitive diversity of teams, psychological safety and motivational drive, so we can work on what's important and relevant for your team.
These cutting-edge tools can also measure the impact and progress of the team in the long term. ICQ Global has also an extensive network of over 200 partners in 45+ countries, so no project is too big.
I delivered 400+ hours of training sessions and seminars, including Erasmus+ funded training projects.
I can accompany you in English, Spanish, French or Hungarian.
